Our working relationship with Michael Scheiman—a Contract Project Specialist at Economy Restaurant Fixtures—was so pleasant, that our relationship blossomed and he is now a close friend of the company. Our first experience working with Michael was on a project that had many issues. His working so closely with our other contractors, and offering his advice and insight really helped to expedite a process that would have otherwise been cumbersome.

As first time restaurant owners, we owe our efficient kitchen and bar design to Michael’s wonderful advice and direction. Not only did Michael connect us with the best of the best, but he went above and beyond to “surprise” us by adding small touches as we neared our opening. In our time working together, we had the pleasure of visiting a few of the other sites that Michael was working on. And if our experience with him wasn’t testament enough, the pride and meticulous planning that he put into all his projects was truly something to be admired. Suffice to say that Michael more than exceeded our expectations.

I am exceedingly pleased with the work that Michael and his team did for us during our 6 month build, but I am even more pleased and proud to be able to call Michael not only a friend, but part of the Martins West Family.
